So much has already been written about how to taste wine that it would be presumptuous of me, a relative newcomer to the art tasting wine. But today, I said to myself, “It’s about time you stopped tasting wines and then the next day trying to tell people about them.” Sometimes I scribble a few words about color and finish and all those other things in between. But if one really wants to be serious about this art of communication to other people about what one’s senses are telling one, the use of an organized approach is far better.  So today, I sat down with Google Documents and produced this Wine Tasting Notes form for me to use from now on.
