Best tasting to date. Impenetrably dark purple with a pleasant blend of berries on the nose and palate, a smattering of wood, a bit of spice. Tannins have significantly softened in its old age and components are well integrated making this wine a pleasure to drink. Full bodied with a long finish. Excellent right now, but should hang on for a couple more years.
