Dark yellow in color with golden hues. Notes of cut grass, flowers, apricot and honey on the nose. Green apple, syrup, vanilla, oak, oak, and oak on the palate. Medium bodied with a lingering finish that includes some toast and bitterness…reminds me of a good beer! This one is still young and will likely show better in the next year or so.
