Kosher Wine Dinner

Sunday, August 8th at 7pm, Wine Dinner at Shallots Bistro in Skokie, IL

Royal Wine and Shallot's Bistro are pleased to welcome Joe Hurliman from Herzog Wine Cellars in Oxnard, California.  As head winemaker, Mr Hurliman will lead us in a journey through some of the best wine that California has to offer.  We'll be featuring 7 exceptional wines, each artfully paired with a unique course crafted from Shallot's Bistro's kitchen.  As an extra special treat, we'll be featuring at least one wine vintage that's not only been ranked within the top 10 Kosher Wines, as judged by Robert Parker, but also is exceptionally rare and hard to come by.
