CEO Ilan Hasson and Deputy CEO Timna Shetrit are hosting a wine dinner at Shallots Bistro, Skokie's kosher fine dining restaurant, on Feb. 4th.

We're working on the wine list with the Royal Wine rep.  It should be a very cool evening.  We're looking at a couple of Yogev wines, a couple Binyamina Special Reserves, and the new vintage of The Cave that just arrived, as well as a couple Choshen wines.  I hear about these Choshen's from time to time, it will be nice to finally try them.

Question: What do you think of The Cave?  Worth the price of admission?
