General Information
The special character of Barkan Shiraz Rose has been created by cold soaking the skin of carefully selected ripe Shiraz grapes from our vineyards at the winery in Hulda and then draining the resulting nectar. After settling, a small amount of wine from the Tempranillo grape was added to provide the special quality we were searching for, and then delicately fermented at very cool temperatures. The resulting dry wine is pale pink with an elegant aroma of plums and cherries and a crisp, clean finish.
