General Information
This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes from the Judean Hills and coastal plains give rounded fruit flavors, balanced by the firm structure and intensity of fruit from the Upper Galilee. The wine was aged eight months in American oak. Made in the "new world" style, it is enjoyable now but will improve with aging.

Great Value
This is a finely made wine created to please the masses with its fruit forward and well oaked characters. You don't have to be a professional wine critic to pick out the characters of this wine. You will find dark fruit characters such as plum and strawberries and a touch of lemon citrus all wrapped in a pleasant vanilla backbone.
Bottome line: This is a medium bodied wine that is well balanced with fruit and oak characters. This wine can be easily paired with just about any dish from a tuna steak to your mothers cholent. Although I find the label a little scary looking, it’s the wine that really matters. This is by far the best value you will find in the Israeli wine market.

Great value for your buck.Overall a nice wine, fruity and oaky. However it took me awhile to order it, the label design was scaring me away, its very amateurish. I believe this boutique would do much better if they redesign the label.

Not a terribly complex wine. Mild tannens with berry and plum flavors. I agree with winevine; this one could benefit with more time in oak. Nevertheless, it's a pleasant quaffer and a good value.

One of my favorite wines from Kosher Wines.com. A flavorful cab - smooth and easy to drink. Our guests always enjoy this wine.

Light bodied Cabernet. This wine did not exhibit very many noticeable flavors or aromas. Kind of disappointing for a small boutique wine which leads me to think that this winery may be a subsidiary of a larger, well known winery that had an influx of juice to get rid of. This wine would have benefited from longer ageing in oak.

Ben Ami Cabernet Sauvignon 2002: This wine is good with meat, fish, or just by itself in my opinion! Smooth, but not too smooth. Perfect.
