General Information
Produced from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Upper Galilee, the wine was left in skin contact before being transferred to French Oak barrels for 14 months maturation. This wine is a rich purple color with an aroma of blackberries, plum and mint, it is full bodied with a long well balanced aftertaste. To preserve its full potential the wine was coarsely filtered before bottling and therefore natural sediment could appear during bottle maturation.

One of the best value in Israeli wines. Had the 2004 & the 2005 and both years were great.

This wine is medium-full bodied, and opens nicely to reveal some nice cherry and plum notes on the palate as well as the aroma. A nice Cabernet, decently priced.

Dark fruit, well balanced oak, light spice, a hint of earth, with a long finish. Well made and very drinkable, but without any personality.

I bought this bottle last year in Tel Aviv when I was in Israel for Passover, and drank it this year at the same time during Chold HaMoed. This is a dark and chewy wine with a subtle bouquet. It is remarkably smooth and light with little acidity. A dry wine lover's dream and reasonably priced. My only criticism is that it seems a little stingy on the fruit.

Lots of spice and dark berry flavors on the nose and the palate. Unbalanced in body and structure. Alcohol makes the wine slightly flabby and hot.
