This is one of the better wines in this price range. The aroma never seems to disappoint and the blend always seems to have the right level of quality fruit and acidity. A good buy.

Too thin and watery. There are better wines in this price range such as the Gamla line.

Fantastic wine with a splendid bouquet of fruit and vegetal matter. Lots of pepper in the mouth and a smattering of blueberries at the finish. Interesting and fun to drink - a real winner!

I ran a blind comparison of this wine with Teal Lake Cab/Merlot 2003 and Dalton won hands down. It's not quite an apples/apples comparison because the Dalton has some shiraz, and the tasters picked up on this, but even so the quality of the Dalton blend came right through. Beautiful wine. Deep ruby color, fine nose, great going down, lingering aftertaste (whereas the Teal Lake had a bit of bitterness at the end . Always a pleasure to support Dalton.

Raspberry anyone??? This bottle tasted and literally reeked of raspberry when I opened it! I let the wine breathe for about 15min before serving, and it was a big hit. The wine was well balanced and the flavors lingered long enough to not be intrusive. Excellent wine. If you have the ability to differentiate the three types of grapes in this bottle, you will certainly appreciate this wine.

A nice balance of flavors. Not too dry but not too sweet either. Light on the palate - not overpowering. Would compliment lighter dishes than most red wines as well as the standard red wine fare.

This is a superb, smooth wine, only somewhat dry with very light tannins. It is ideal for family gatherings where people are not particularly fond of dry reds. Went over well at my cousin's succah, where they usually make kiddush over grape juice. A real winner and bargain from Israel!

A wine with a light cherry color, it has a gentle cherry aroma as well. Definitely not the best in its category, it has an interesting taste when drunk with spicy food.
