General Information
Ella Valley's Vineyard's Choice Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from the finest selections of each year's harvest. This wine aged for 17 months in French oak barrels, a period carefully calibrated for the character and potential of the grape. The VC series Cabernet Sauvignon was made from grapes in a dedicated section of the vineyard and underwent extensive sorting to ensure color, flavor, and concentration were preserved at ideal levels. 97% Cabernet Sauvignon with 3% Cabernet Franc.

Made up of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Cabernet Franc, this deep dark inpenetrable ambrosia is rich with ripe fruit and oaky notes. Tannins are rich and smmoth. 17 months in oak have only made this wine even better if that was possible. This vintage/label are becoming harder to locate. Run don't walk to place your ordrs. THIS IS ONE WINE NOT TO MISS.
