Lenny Recanati proudly presents this elegant Reserve Merlot from select high-altitude vineyards in the northern Galilee, where Israel's rich, ancient soil, warm days and cool Mediterranean nights combine to nurture this classic varietal to its optimum potential. Aged 15 months in French oak barrels (40% new), this singular Merlot exudes nuances of red berries, cassis and spice on the palate, leading to a long, harmonious finish. Outstanding with grilled red meats, risottos and mushroom-based dishes.
