General Information
60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Segal's Fusion has been created by our forward thinking winemaker Avi Feldstein, to produce a young, easy to drink wine for today's fast paced and informal lifestyle. This special blend of carefully selected grapes and high-tech process of micro-oxygenation has resulted in a very round wine with exotic spiciness and plenty of fruit. Serve this wine as a complement to beef sandwiches, lamb dishes, and most importantly, good friends.

I think I had a 2007 but could be mistaken. This is a very good price point wine. it reminds me of the yarden mount hermon, but with a lighter body. This wine is pretty silky, and is a nice balance of bright fruit and somewhat dry oak. This tastes like a young wine but is still drinkable. To me, this doesn't have the tannin structure to age- so drink now. My only gripe is I'd wish for a heavier body. but, as I've said, it's good for the price (but you may want to spend $5 more to upgrade).

Very ordinary wine and non-complex. Found it lacking in finish and totally no-dsecript. No ripe fruit to speak off and this formulation left me wanting to find a real wine with some depth and complexity. Sorry Segal but far from you best wines like the Unfiltered Cab and other Cabs.

This is a young, fruity wine. It is not designed for aging or "heavy contemplation", but should work very well for chicken or light meats.
