General Information
The grapes for this Late Harvest wine were harvested in the heart of the "orchard vineyards" in the Judean area. The harvest was delayed by a month in order to pick fully matured late harvested grapes. It was then barrel aged for six months in American barrels that enrich the peach and honey flavors with some vanilla.

this is one wine acting as two wines. Since it is a late harvest, it has a nice rich and sweet taste but oddly, it finishes as a semi-dry like a white zinfindel. A fun little palate trip. for those looking for a little of both tastes without having to buy two bottles, this is it.
