An excellent wine, expressing all the types of grapes used. It was especially interesting to have the spiciness of the Shiraz come through. Deep berry flavors with sweet yet firm tannins.

This is one of the best Israeli wines in the meantime that I have tasted. The perfect combo of cab, merlot and shiraz makes this wine very deep in color, a great rich taste... try it yourself, you'll see what I mean.

I tasted this wine first at the winery, and every bottle brings back the flavors of the Judean Hills. It is excellent with rich foods, think lamb, or beef. The color is rich and deep, almost purple. It feels very soft in your mouth, but has a very strong finish

This medium to full bodied wine shows ripe berry, cherry and currant fruits, those with just a hint of toasted oak, all backed up with vanilla and spicy aromas and flavors.

Nice new world style blend. Deep purplish red color with a very pleasant aroma and berry fruit flavor and juicy tannins. A nice wine, but maybe not the best value for nearly $30. Otherwise, it's a good buy.

An excellent bottle. Deep, almost purple color, nice nose, lots of fruit throughout, with a very long finish. There was a tannic note in mid-palate after the bottle was opened, but it disappeared after about twenty minutes, to be repalced with a sweet, fruity note. Overall, this wine tastes as one would expect from a wine made in the south of Israel (i.e., very New Worldy and fruit forward), and it closely resembles the Yatir Forest, which is the flagship wine from this winery. A very good effort from Yatir.

Medium-plus body, color is a little more rusted than you might want to see from a 2003. Very nice mix of flavors but could use a little more backbone from the Cabernet, since the Shiraz makes it a little fluffy. I would try to find an older bottle to see how this label holds up.
