I previously reviewed the 2003 vintage, giving it a full 10 out of 10 rating. I just got my hands on a 2002 bottle. It rates almost the same as the 2003, but loses a few points in the flavor.

The 2006 vintage is not quite up to the 2005, or what I remember from the 2004. Mainly, it lacks the body of the two previous years. However, it is still a very tasty and enjoyable wine suitable for Kiddush or your Seder table. But for dinner, you might prefer the earlier vintages or the Gedeon Cabernet.

I previously reviewed the 2004 vintage. The 2006 is very good, too. It has a slightly tart, but refreshing, strawberry flavor. This is a good sipping wine for the summer, or a good wine with dinner.

The 2005 vintage is an improvement over the 2004. The body is good, but not great. However, the full taste with a hint of cherry makes up for that. The off aftertaste I noted in the 2004 vintage is gone.
