An excellent wine, expressing all the types of grapes used. It was especially interesting to have the spiciness of the Shiraz come through. Deep berry flavors with sweet yet firm tannins.

Agreed that this is not as spicy as other Zinfandels, but it was still excellent. It perhaps reminded one more of a Cabernet with bold berry and dark purple fruits, but with more forward coffee and chocolate flavors.

An interesting alternative to the standard cabs and merlots, lighter and with pronounced vanilla flavors. Would complement meat and other hearty but not too overpowering dishes.

Quite good. Modestly fruity; in between the more new-world Israeli style and the classic Bordeaux. Only reservation is that there are equally good alternatives that cost less.
